Miro Product Artifacts
Miroverse Workshops and Templates | 2024
One of the aspects I love most about product management is transforming ambiguous chaos into structured requirements and actionable plans. I’m passionate about using tools like Miro, Confluence and Loop to create clear documents, workshops, and activities.
Over time, I’ve developed a variety of templates for these purposes and have successfully implemented them across my organization. The positive feedback from my colleagues has motivated me to share these templates more widely through the "Miroverse." The example board shown to the right is a board I developed to help all product managers ideate and scope large initiatives to develop clear and actionable requirements and user stories. Check out this board and more on my Miroverse profile linked below.
Organization & Shared Libraries
Lumio by Smart Technologies | 2021 - Present
Lumio by Smart Technologies stands at the forefront of educational technology, empowering teachers to craft and deliver interactive and engaging lessons. As a cutting-edge platform, Lumio facilitates an interactive learning environment that caters to the modern classroom's needs.
Throughout my time on Lumio I have worked on a variety of features including an integration with Canva, an object gallery for content creators, lesson access improvements and more. One of the largest features I've worked on during my time at Lumio is our new Organization/Shared Libraries combined with our first ever collaborative creation experience. These capabilities are the cornerstone feature-set for our new, highest product tier that we launched at the beginning of 2024.
Organization and Shared Libraries Project Objective
The "Organization and Shared Libraries" project was initiated to revolutionize the way educators collaborate, create, and distribute content. By introducing a framework for collaboration and content sharing, this project aimed to foster a vibrant community of educators within Lumio and enable peer to peer product virality. As a product manager, I led this initiative all the way through initial ideation to launch.

Teacher to Student Paced Lessons
Nearpod | 2019
Nerpod is an education technology software for K-12 teachers that allows them to deliver interactive lessons to students both in person and virtually.
During the summer of 2019, I worked at Nearpod as a Product Management summer fellow. During my time there, I gained experience working in Scrum/Agile and developing UX designs on two highly requested features to improve the accessibility of Nearpod activities and to give teachers more flexibility in lesson delivery methods.

Teacher to Student Paced Project Objective

During in person learning, teachers may often decide that they want the student to continue through a presentation at their own pace without the teacher having to move from slide to slide. Our projected outcome for this feature was to increase student agency in lesson engagement. My role for this project was to kick off user research for this feature, ideate UX designs and pitch the epic to the VP of product management, develop UX designs and break the work into actionable user stories.

Alzheimers eConsent Forms
Sage Bionetworks | 2019
Sage Bionetworks plays an important role in biomedical research and consent. They had recently designed an electronic consent system for biomedical research study participants. This eConsent user interface helps vulnerable participants easily consume and understand the consent details better than they would if they were given a multi-page document to read and sign.

My work on this project helped to create a content management system for researchers to effectively manage and create these electronic consent forms. I saw this project through ideation, user research, storymapping, usability testing, wireframing and creation of high fidelity UX designs.
